The best approach to Beesands, whether via Kingsbridge or Dartmouth is on the A379. Proceed to the village of Stokenham and at the mini roundabout follow the signs for Beesands (or The Cricket Inn).
The village is approached down a fairly steep hill at the bottom of which turn right alongside the sea wall virtually to the southern end of the lane. The cottage is one of the group of four just before a gate across the road. Parking should be possible immediately outside the cottage.
