We ask for a deposit of about 25% to confirm bookings with the balance payable not less than 30 days before the holiday begins.
All electricity charges are included and bedding, tea towels (towels are not) and logs for the wood burning stove are provided.
Parking is available immediately outside the cottage. Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement (additional charge of £15 per week) but not during July and August.
Please note that, with the exception of the Christmas/New Year weeks,we do not let the cottage in November, December, January or February.
